Radiator advice...

I got my '74 Valiant Scamp slant six automatic fired up earlier this week and took it for a short drive around the neighborhood today after installing a new gas tank. When I parked it and shut it off, I could hear a hissing sound, and I could see some moisture on the radiator.

Is having a radiator like this repaired even a thing anymore? Is there a go-to aftermarket radiator I should be looking at instead.

If you could find an old school radiator shop, I'd have it fixed. I had mine re-cored, and I think the quality is better than most after market ones. But that was more than 10 years ago. Unfortunately, with the age of plastic tank radiators, fixing is becoming a thing of the past.
