Rally Wheels; Small Slots; What Vehicle From?

I saw these Mopar rally wheels for sale on Craigslist:

I have never seen rally wheels like these before with the little slots.

What Mopar vehicle came with these? Are they 14" or 15"? What is width? Will they have correct
back spacing and fit for an A body, B body, C Body, E body, or F body?

Those look like AMC wheels.

The AMC wheels had 8 slots, but look very similar otherwise.
