Rallye Mirror placement

Anybody know where the hole gets drilled in the inside of the Drivers door for mirror cable bezal? Also where the pass side rallye mirror goes on the door?
My Duster only has the one chrome non remote mirror and I want to install the painted rallye mirrors I have.

The pass mirror get mounted with the exact same measurements as the driver side does. Take the measurements on the drivers door and use those to mark and install on the pass side

How about where to drill the hole inside the door for the remote cable?

(hoping you have one of the years that has the 'duster' plate attached to the upper door)
the center of mine is about 1.5" ahead of the front edge of that plate, and in line with it height-wise.
