That's a sun dress.
Pre-1990's sun dress to be specific.
Sometime in the very late 80's to early 90's "they" changed the design to de-emphasize a narrow, curvy waist.
...and then they all looked like every woman had NO waist.

I was at an all Mopar car show with my 69 Barracuda, and I asked my 6-year-old granddaughter to 'strike a pose". This picture is from a little over two years ago.
