These are rare and very cool valve covers.
They could be NOS because they don't look like they have ever been installed. No embedded marks on the bolt down tabs. All I can say is they look unused.
These belong to my elderly friend that had them for a future project, but he got to old before there was ever a chance to use them. So I am helping him out with some liquidation.
Inside of one of the covers looks to have some surface foundry porosity. If you need a large photo PM me and I can email you a larger resolution photo than what will post here.
