REAR Disc setup....

I bought a set of brackets from a race car parts vendor, welded them on to my 9'' and used GM calipers.
 
Check out Checkered racing. They sell a complete and very easy to weld on kit for $250.00. They sell on ebay too.
 
I am under the impression the rear disc brakes from a mid to late ninetys Jeep Grand Cherokee will work too if your looking for a stock apearing setup.

I think there is a couple of modifications needed. One, I think the hole that aligns the brakes on the axle hub is a couple of mm's to small and needs a little reaming to fit and you'll have to drill that bottom fifth hole for the axle flange....

Two simple tasks...However, I have only read it.

Oh, I have no idea whats involved with e-brake cables.....

hey man i have often wondered my self on this conversion, my wife had a jeep liberty,,the rear disc set up looked like it may convert easily,,,need to find a junk yard with a donor jeep,,,
 
[I think some of the A-100 guys have used the rear discs from the newer Jeep.

[I remember this pic. I think it was the last year Bob and HUG was at E-Town.
We were there with the LRW too.
Those were the days when that was a GOOD Mopar show.
