Rear drums 69 cuda

Sooooo. I have a 69 cuda stock rear brakes pads are 9x2 I believe, front has been converted to discs. I have had the axles drilled out to 5x4.5 green bearings, is there a drum that will fit with out drilling, or would I be farther ahead to just drill to match?

not that I know of... this is why I went to Doctordiff axles as they have the standard 2.5" "stickout" to use 10x and 11x brake parts from all large bolt rear ends (except the 7.25 LBP)

You need to drill the SBP drums they fit the register and flange

To specifically answer the question, no -- there never were 9" brake drums with the 4.5" bolt pattern.

If you don't plan on wearing out sets of drums on a regular basis, you might as well drill...

Thanks guys, I did have a guy look up drum diamentions for me and he did find one that was 3 thous larger with 4.5 pattern but they are 74 bucks each compared to 26..... A drillin I will go! Thanks again
