Are 64-66 Barracuda rear frame rails the same as 67-69 Barracuda rear frame rails?

No they are not the same.
Ok, I guess I should have clarified this one a little bit. If they are different, are you saying that the underfloor contour of the model years are different or that their dimensions are different as in length and width?
