rear quarter emblems

A few years back I had rear quarters installed on my 1970 dart 340 swinger.
The fellow that installed them did a great job on installing them, but before he threw away the old ones away he never got the dimensions on where to drill the holes for the DART SWINGER emblems on both rear quarters .At the time I didn't have the emblems no big problem. Now I have the emblems and the problem

Did you ever find out what those measurements were for the REAR QUARTER EMBLEMS? I too am trying to figure out where to have the hole drilled. Thanks.Terry
