Any body have any experience attaching the burlap reinforcement rods on new burlap,,,,trying to reuse rods per factory ...I have seen a few videos on you tube and seems like people are not reusing them.....

69 buckets, I marked then threaded the rods throughout the burlap, lay the burlap on the seat frame and mark the outline the perpendicular cord and spacing.. Straighten one end most of the way on the wire and start on one side. Tedious at best but worth it in my opinion. You could try bunching the burlap in folds and stab it through. By no means is it perfect but it does serve it's purpose.
