Rear seat belts in 65 Cuda

I was all set to take my son for a spin in the cuda but realized that there isn't a full set of rear belts for his car seat! All I have is the male ends on the outside of the seat. The pictures should show what I mean. Isn't something missing? How can I install rear belts safely?
He's dying to go for a ride in ther "cool car"!

Aren't those big ends to hold down the rear seat? They go on the ends of the cargo stop bar? And are actually not seat belts?

yes - you´re right - these are NO seatbelt (as they are only mounted with to small screws)

yes correct the belts with the big round holes are to hold the rear seat top,,down when folded down,,
