Rear Shackle Bracket Question

Guys,
I want to change the bushings in the rear shackles. The two bolts holding the bracket to the frame, are the nuts welded in place on the other side? I can't see how you'd get at them otherwise.

Yup, welded. I got the bolts out of my 65 barracuda without issue. So far 6 times in the last few months.
