I just got back from Mopar Madness in Sacramento.Broke my old record and ran a 11.500 at 117.something but I believe the mph is off about 3 mph at that track.Car is a 62 Valiant B/Gas,2375lbs Slant Six.Also got my best 60 ft with a 1.498 and a 7.242 in the 1/8th.Stock leaf spring car with 1/2 extra leaf on the front half.Very happy with the car but I have alot of improvements to do on my reaction and launch techniques.Guzzi Mark

i have read that the speed traps in Sacto are about 3 mph fast

hey mark! it was good seeing you there. i had a good time. its all about those reaction times. i wish i could have mad it to the finals, but i got beat out by that dart. there is some tough competition out there.

Good seeing you also slant scamp.You did good.Is hard for me running against a 18 second car,especially when she cut a .003 light.Going back to my 1/8th mile track with a new windshield,my lexan isnt very clear anymore.Mark
