Anyone know what this red light indicator is for? 1965 Barracuda

My 64 B body had one. It was for when the parking brake was on.
Maybe ?
 
Is it one wire and grounded or two wire? One wire grounded might be hazard flashers. Two wire might be parking brake. Otherwise, ??? added, alarm, who knows

One wire. The bulb grounds through the housing.
 
Thanks Folks! I inherited a damn near original 65 Barracuda, V8. No idea what Im doing. Seems to run well. When I park in the garage the fume/gas smell is pretty strong. Is that normal?

Areas to check......fuel filler neck grommet, fuel sending unit seal, carb percolation, fuel hose leaks, gas cap seal, fuel pump leak, etc....

Shouldn't be strong.But the old cars of that vintage the gas tanks vent to the atmosphere.
You will smell some compared to later models with evap systems.
Nice looking ride you got there !:thumbsup:
