We used do do somethin similar with cabin air leaks when I worked at dealerships.
 
Hey hot-rodding innovation. Street racers, moonshiners and backyard mechanics have been doing it for years.
 
Neat. I was suspect too. Maybe this type.

If he's not careful with that trigger finger he could cause some more problems. Smoke machines put out 1- 3 psi. I'm willing to be he's putting a lot more than that through it with his air gun.

Thought that myself. Might be better off with a small vacuum cleaner. Just as much air and less pressure to worry about.
 
The Cancer will eat the gaskets and seals. And then you have to go through chemo to hopefully fix it. lol
 
Still cheap and easy, just regulate the pressure.
 
If you need more smoke, just convert it to a cigar....
