Hey everyone.. does anybody out there have any connections to restore rally dash Plastic chrome and restore, speedometers, tach and other gauges? Thanks!

There used to be a company Mr. G's plastic plating. I think he sold the business, but check it out because someone took it over. I looked and they are still in business. They are not cheap, but they did an excellent job for me some years back.

I have a "speedometer" shop locally that repairs, calibrates speedos and gauges. Check your local area.

Also check on Facebook etc for NOS gauges. Sometimes you can get NOS gauges cheaper than you can have your OEM pieces restored.

According to their website:

"We no longer have a vacuum metallizer or painter. Current inventory of 4000 parts available while they last.

I remember them from many moons ago. Hopefully not gone in the business.

GCAR out of Washington state is who did my dash bezels and pillar mouldings. Gorgeous job, there’s a wait, but once you’re in line, the communication is good. Instrument Specialties for the guage rebuild.

Vacuum Orna-Metal, Co. in Romulus, Michigan, near Detroit Metro Airport, for dash bezel restoration. Bob's Speedometer in Howell, Michigan for speedometers, tachometers, etc.
