I have the original exhaust (I think) to my swinger, and want to clean it up and look for holes or damage. It used to work, but I don't know if it had any problems.
I don't have the money for a new exhaust, so need to clean this one up and get it working. What's the best way to clean it? The muffler is almost rust free but the rest is all rust.

well if the pipe has pin holes all thru it its gonna be a B$#% to try and weld...

a new exh wont cost you over 200 to have it done... about 50 if you can do it your self...

if you do it your self you can miter cut all the angles instead of u bends, makes it a cheaper process and works just fine...

also upgrade to 2.25" pipe all the way from the exh manifold...
