Restoring the garage bay. Any garage ideas I should do to make life easier?

I have an old laptop with an external sacrificial keyboard in the garage. I find it handy for researching stuff on FABO, looking at the FSM and sometimes to watch Youtube videos while I'm trying to do something like rebuild a 727 for the first time. The sacrificial keyboard is key because it saves me from getting grease on the old laptop and killing it prematurely.

Whenever I think about a garage renovation, or upgrade, I have a few suggestions. First one is, as much as possible have everything on wheels. No matter how you set up your garage there will be compromises. If everything that possibly can be mobile is mobile, you can adjust your layout for your needs at that time.
Another one is electrical cords and air hoses on retractable reels. You are way more likely to put them away when done if it's easy to do, at least that's the way I am.
3rd is lots of light. The older you get, the more this one matters.
Looks like a nice space you have!

I have plenty lighting, several hose reels, several cord reels, insulation, drywall, heat, A/C, storage shelves for all the extra parts. Large 220V compressor, small 110V welder, larger 220V welder, 3 hacks, 18 jack stands, tool boxes full of hand, power and air tools, beer fridge and a hoist with a winch.
I manage to get by with what I have.
The one thing I don't have that I need is a alot more room.

I saw Nitrous Bottles!!!

My #1 suggestion is to have a dedicated area-small with a few shelves for all FLAMABLE chemicals, oils, etc. Near the garage door if possible. Keep track of them and return when done using them.
No carpets, moving blankets, oily rags, paper towels etc.
First thing to recognize before closing the garage door when done for the day is any possible fire hazard left behind.
