Reusing a cam

I switched out a cam a while ago and had all my lifters layed out in a box and accidently knocked the box over mixing them all up. My question is, can i still use this old cam if i buy some new lifters or not?

If you use new lifters the chances are it will be fine.

Thanks, While i'm on the subject it is a crower cam with the numbers 280 H on one end and 32100 on the other. Never been able to find specs on this, Anyone have any ideas.
