From what I have been reading, Motive gear is made by Richmond. Their is about a $30 to $40 difference in price between the two. Does anyone know if the Motive gears are made to the same standards as the Richmonds? Is the packaging name what makes the difference in price?

Motive bought Richmond, and from what I have read they no longer use the old outdated equipment that Richmond had. I believe the Motive stuff is made in Italy, which, IMO equals quality.

I run Motive 3.55's in my car and they are dead silent and I haven't had any issues.
