Ring gear dimension

I have a cone type SG unit, but don't know what it is for. A 7 1/4 ring gear is too small to fit on. I don't have a 8 1/4 or 8 3/4 gear to measure. Can someone measure a 8 1/4 ring gear for me?

Part numbers would certainly help.

Measure the o.d. of the carrier. That's the size of the ring gear usually.
(Gonna ask a silly question..... are you sure it's mopar?)

Not positive but sure looks like one. I can measure the carrier, but that in itself will tell me nothing, if I don't know the size of the 8 1/4 or 8 3/4 ring gear opening.
