Getting ready to start work on the 65 and there is a bit of rust i need to take care of on the rocker panels. Does anyone know who sells clips for the rocker panels on 4-6 Barracudas and Valiants? There not reusable as far as I know, I have never been able to get the center pin back out.

They actually can be reused if you're careful. Drill a tiny hole in the the button, insert a screw & pull out. The 66 is definitely a different design than 65.

I got mine from National Moparts, Inc. Beaverton, Ontario, $3.50 each

Don't know how many they have left, you will have to check. Good Luck

Au-ve-co Products has a universal clip, part number 8581. They come in a box of 10 and were only like $7-$8 for the box. I got mine from a local body shop supplier.

They are designed so you snap off the outer edge to fit your molding, but I measured and cut mine and then filled them to slide into my molding and they fit great. They just snap into the original hole in the rocker.

Laysons sells a clip that he says is for the 64-65 Barracuda but it is actually from a foreign car that you have to modify and he still wants $5 each.
