hey guys , just wondering about your thoughts on aluminum roller rockers made by condor ,sold through gr8hot rods in California. they seem to cheap at $150. whats your thoughts ,trash or treasure?

Sometimes you pay for what you get.
Last time I seen rollers at this price for MoPars, they were breaking and destroying engines at a high rate. Your gamble if there a quality part.

Up top here, we trust our stuff to Comp, Crane, Harland Sharp and Hugesracing. Nothing is made perfect, but there failure rate is low and they have great reps.

I understand there prices are double and triple of what you listed and I'm not currently sure of the exchange rate between our dollors, but again, sometimes you get what you pay for.

the exchange rate at the moment is our 80 cents to your 1 dollar so even with the exchange rare and 50 dollars postage they are damm cheap. but as you pointed out rumblefish360 its a big gamble if they are any good or not. thanks guys i will check out the other links as i dont know if im willing to take the gamble.

I like the plain old cast iron ones, with those needle bearing rockers, when 1 breaks, the needle bearings get all over the place and a few find their way to the oil pump.

Unless you are a racer and are breaking the motor down each season and looking for wear and replacing the rockers every so often, I believe the cast iron rockers are the way to go. For a street motor.

Agree with Dfreak. I'd use nodular iron adj's. if anything. No gain in using aluminum, and everything to lose.

Here is a pic of the set of Pro Comp I bought off ebay back in early 2006.
They are used on a 340 with solid cam .587 lift. Engine is shifted at 6500 rpm. They been on the engine for a year and half...I adjusted them a few times and check to make sure either thing is tight.

No problems....I paid $125.00 bucks for them...I believe the Pro Comps are now red and no longer blue.
