I made my own when I needed them using thick nylon washers, and 1/4 fine thread bolts with the nylon lock nuts.
Now I can adjust the top in and out tilt of the glass as well as front to back tilt.
I just ground the flared ends of the studs off, knocked them out and put the bolts though the same holes with the locknuts for keeping the washers in place and adjusting the length.
I did have to grind a couple of the bolt heads down where the arms passed by to close so the mechanism did hang up on them.
It was obviously a little more work than just replacing the rollers, but it worked out really well in the end.
