Royal Purple Gear Oil

Does the Royal Purple gear lube have the correct additives in it for the Mopar limited slip? Has anyone here used or are using the Royal Purple gear oils?

I just changed over to Royal Purple Synchromax last weekend it is supposed to be blended for applications where ATF is recommended. I think my tranny is a little quieter but it’s too early to recommend it. I am sure you are aware of the difference in opinion concerning ATF Vs Gear oil and I don’t want to open that can of worms again. I thought Synchromax might be a good middle road.

i used synthehic 75w90 with the Mopar aditive. Got the slime
from the local Dodge dealer. Cost about 5.50 a bottle.

My brother works for a NAPA and they sell Royal Purple. He was looking at one of the sale brochures and seen that it all ready has the right additive in it for a Sure Grip.
