salvage question on parts removal

I'm trying to help a guy put a v-8 in a 75 duster-- after looking his car over -- it will need major rust repair in critical areas. (T bar mounts have over quarter size flaking rust spots both sides)

I have this 73 dart sport that has great cross member & frame rails & inner fenders--- how to remove this stuff quickly so the 75 duster can live?

I am not a body man but this is what I would do, and if I am wrong please correct me. Start with a power wire brush on the grinder clean the seams off and find the spot welds. After the spot welds are found drill them out. After they are drilled out use an air hammer to separate the panels, be read to drill more spot welds separate panels and done. Hope this helps. I've been watching the body panels that guys pull off and sell here, some of those have all the spot welds drilled and are handy guides.
