Will B or E SB exhaust manifold work for my 318 68 Barracuda or they have to be specifically for A body?

I have a 68 dart. Same engine compartment. My 75 318 has 71 e-body 318 manifolds. I think the drivers side has more room. I have manual steering box,manual brakes 1986-mini starter,B & M shifter/cable. 2 1/4 pipes off the manifolds. I like also the clearance around the driver side spark plugs.
