whats the stock length of small block push rods,i ordeing a cam an all kinds of stuff for the heads can comp cams recamended this pushrod number http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?Ntk=KeywordSearch&DDS=1&N=+115&y=7&searchinresults=false&Ntt=7592%2D16&x=41 but i bought a brand new set from them a few months back but i forget the length of them an i dont want to spend more money if i dont have to

Measure if your swapping parts around.... I have a MP short block with Edlebrock heads, .063 head gasket, Comp Cam, and Crane 1:5 roller rockers and I needed a 7.00" push rod for my combo!


BTW: Make sure your valve springs are NOT going to bind at full lift. My first motor ate itself in 20 miles due to screwed up valve train geometery. A $3,000 mistake.
