SBM oil filter adapter questions ???

I've got Doug's 453 headers on my 70 Dart
Which necessitates the short oil filter.
No problem, however I remember a big discussion about there being a la oil filter adapter not being the same as as a magnum.

First off I don't remember how I attached the oil filter mounting plate
Which I bought new yrs ago

I felt down there and wasn't sure or not if there were an Allen wrench fitting
To remove the threaded pipe from the plate ??

Here are the two gaskets in the fel pro timing gasket kit

I’m pretty sure that the adapter for the plate has a 3/8 square drive in it.

If you are using the right angle adapter you use the round gasket with a small cork gasket or the appropriate sized O ring on the return oil port.

I believe the originals took a socket to remove. I don't recall the size off-hand but it was a pain because there wasn't much For the socket to grab on to. The internal 3/8" drive was a welcome change.
