Does anyone know what recent cars have the same sbp as the a bodies....even better if you know if the doughnut will fit. Looking for one for the valiant

The 5 on 100mm are close, but NOT exactly right. You can probably get away with one as a spare, IF you plan on putting the right wheel back on as soon as possible.
This is assuming you are using steel wheels, if you are using shank style mag lugs, all bets are off.

What he said. Space saver spares were not invented yet when Mopar retired the 5 x4" small bolt pattern. So no such animal exists. I suppose another option would be a 5 x 4.5" LBP space saver (which should be available) and a bolt-on lug adapter, just for emergencies.
