Sbp to bbp ? 8 3/4 question

What do you have to do to an 8 3/4 to change from small bolt pattern to large? Is it just a axle and drum swap or is there more?

That's the extent of it from what I know of mine. I bought new axles and a four wheel disc conversion kit and that was that.

Yep that is it swap axles

You can also have the old axles drilled and tapped for threaded studs.

i had my sbp rear axles drilled to big bolt pattern, i drilled the drums my self
