Scratch removal from glass

Is it possible to remove scratch's from window glass?
If so what would be the proccedure?

If the scratches are very light. If you can catch your finger nail in it, forget it. Everything I have read has said even if you can get the scratch out that area will be blurry (distorted) slightly from the procedure which involved abrasives of some sort.

I haven't had any luck. Somebody told me that they had good success with the Eastwood kit but I'm skeptical on that.

I didn't want to screw with this and turned to a professional that did this for a living. He did an incredible job removing all the minute scratches and swirls while the glass was in the car. I taped/papered/blanketed the windshield and the front end of the car though.

I went to my local glass store and bought some cerium oxide.You mix it with a small amount of water and buff it with a sponge wheel like you would those plastic headlamps.You have to take your time and carefully buff it,but the small swirl marks and light scratches will come out if you keep working it & keep it wet....
Mine looked great & very suitable..Good Luck....
