Sealer question

What do you guys use for a final sealer before paint? Thinned epoxy primer? Can you use thinned 2k Urethane primer?

I wouldn't use any product in an application that the tech sheet didn't say it could be used as. Some primers can serve double duty as a sealer when over reduced, but they'll say they can be used like that in the tech sheet. Or you can just use a good tintable or transparent sealer.
