Seat Belt Bolts

I just purchased some aftermarket 3 point seat belts for my 73 Dart. After some research i found out that i needed 7/16 bolts to mount them. Well a 7/16 is to large, and a 3/8 is way to small. Anyone had any problems putting theres in? Are there specific bolts that i need to buy?

What is 7/16" too big for, the seat belt anchor loop or the mounting hole threads?

Std seat belt bolts are 7/16 fine thread. The Mopar specific bolts also have a special shank/shoulder on them.
