Seat belt clips

I have an early 68 Dart with bucket seats and it doesn`t have the seat belt clips on the front or back seats. The front seats had been recovered so I don`t know if they originally had the clips or not. The back seats showed no signs of ever having them. I`d like to have them but don`t want to put them on if they weren`t offered yet. The car was built 8-28-67. When did they start installing them?

i thought they all had them by 68. was it an ordered item? i don't remember seeing it during the decoding of my fender tag.

All the 68`s I`ve seen have had them but this car is early and has the grille centerpiece, stainless wheel mouldings, 741 3rd member, unbordered rear view mirror, and short seat belt holsters. It seems to have a lot of 67 leftovers on it. I`d like to have the belt clips instead of having them slide around but if they`re not correct, then I won`t install them.
