Seat Belt Part Numbers

I was hoping one of you guys who has an orig 69 Dart with bucket seats could take a look and tell me what the part numbers are for the seat belts. I bought the car with no seat belts in the front so I been using the rears in the front. I want to restore to original belts. if possible.

Does the inside belt assembly have a separate buckle/belt that hooks to the retractable belt on the door side and another that hooks to the shoulder belt? Or are they sewn together? Are the part numbers the same for both sides?

The inside belt had a buckle release and a spade end that are sewn together. The buckle goes to the spade(outside retractable) for the lap belt and the shoulder belt has another buckle(to go to the inside spade). That is the setup in my bench seat car...hope that helps some.
