Seat Interchange?

I have a 74 Dart Sport and the seat is not too swell. Just to get my car going, I am going to take the seat out of my 76 A body. I know that these cars came with a CAT on them and I belive the floor is different.

Will the 76 seat go directly into the 74?

I don't want to modify anything. Just swap them.

Rob, If you have buckets, the seats will swap fine although you will need to use the tracks from your 74.

I am not sure about bench swap..........might be able to switch the tracks also?

I think it should go in no problem. Because the inside track on the drivers side bucket seat is the only diffrent track and the rest is the same and the bench only has one track on each outside so i dont see any problems.

On bucket seats, it's the inner track near the hump that is different for the cats. Since bench style only uses outer tracks, I would think it will swap fine.
