Seatbelt bolts and spacers

Working on my 76 duster seatbelts and I can't remember where the different bolts and spacers go. Any ideas ?

I believe the longer bolt is for securing two seat belts, while the shorter bolt is for securing a single belt. Unsure on the spacers. The bolts are made to bottom out on the shoulder and lock in place. So after bolting the belts in place, you might see where a spacer is needed.

I think the spacer goes between the belts when there are two on one bolt.
