My Barracuda came with a brand new set of chrome Rallye wheels (I believe Year One), but they are 15x7 and I wanted larger wheels. I was the first to mount them, and only drove around the neighborhood while tuning. No burnouts, no crazy driving, just easy trips around the block, and one trip to the gas station. To say they have less than 10 miles on them is not an exaggeration, but the speedo wasn't hooked up, so I don't know for sure. I left the blue film over the lettering so you can see how new they are.
