I just used some on some salmon steaks tonight, something different.

sauteed some yunyuns first with some garlic in butter and singed the salmon brown then put the shake on.

Love shake'n'bake, very tasty, so many things I like have been discontinued, glad it's still around. You really need some company, when you're by yourself you really cannot say:

"It's shake'n'bake and I hep'd!"

Since my wife loves to cook meats until they completely dehydrate and turn into beef jerky...

Shake N bake offers a "sacrificial layer of Protection" and helps keep the meat tender and juicey even if it gets cooked so long that the outer layer turns into CARBON ...similar to the way carbon protects the nose and wing edges of the space shuttle during reentry !

One of Crossrams "Secret recipes" is to use Shake N Bake on chunks of pork bake it up and then ......Bammm !!!!
Use the meat to make Shake N Bake Tacos .....
