shift indicator for ratchet shifter in stock console?

I installed a B&M quicksilver into my factory console and want to use the factory clear indicator, but the letters don't quite line up.

Has anyone done anything to correct this? Or cAme up with a solution by making your own?

I haven't yet. I need to find someone who can engrave plastic.
