Shipping time estimate

I ordered torsion bars on the 4th of September and still do not have any shipping info. Do you send tracking info? What would be the estimated time for items to be shipped. My order says complete. I tried emailing, and left a voicemail but I have not heard anything. Please help.

Edit... I ordered on the 6th and there was a holiday in there.

I did. It took 9 days to get here. No fault of PST. Fedex did not update anything for a long time and the shipment stayed in one facility in Troutdale Oregon for 5 days without an estimated delivery date. Nothing!!!. I could not tell if they were sitting on the floor or what? Thanks
