For you guys with cars with ladders bars but still using stock front suspension (no tube chassis stuff) what settings are your rear shocks set at? My car is 3150lbs with driver, Its a backhalf car with a 440, if I remember right its like 54% on the front and 46% on the rear. I have comp eng 90/10 shocks on the front. I have QA1 double adjustable with a 130lb 12" spring on the rear. My shocks are set at 9 on Compression and 6 on Rebound. I was reading the instructions for them last evening and it said about compression being 0-6 clicks and Rebound being 4-10 clicks.

You set them where the chassis wants them set.

You are handicapped by those front shocks. You need DA shocks up there too.

I'm going to say with a ladder bar and any power you'll need the shocks very stiff in bump and extension. Extension to keep the tire from getting killed and bump to keep the tire from bouncing up into the wheel well.
