/six to v8

I have a 73 Dart with a /six, I plan on putting in a small block 360. Question does any one see an issue with putting a k member for a v8 out of a 72 dart in it? I know I'll be loosing the spool mounts but I have made in the past for my 72 340 Duster solid mounts. I could/will also fab up an engine torque strap for the driver side. Since I already have the k member I would rather not spend the money on a /six to v8 conversion kit. Thoughts? and thanks in advance Kevin

You'll also need to use the '72 steering box, pitman arm, idler arm, and center link. May be better off springing for the conversion mounts to bolt the 360 to your slant K member unless you already have the parts.
