Slant Six "2-pack" intake?

no space between ports for exhaust and would need to be at 90 degrees from carb base. Must be a V6
 
Naw, it's for a straight six of some sort. Maybe one with a cross flow head. Sure ain't a slant though.
 
I am thinking maybe Porsche opposed 6. Has down draft carb on the one intake.
 
Yeh, I see in one pic its shows linking between sections. Plus no way they could go in a V.-duh I did a quick google search and saw an old straight six Ford head it might work on. Think it was for a 170.

I don't know of any straight 6's that are angled like that. Some sort of V6? Weird
 
Something about these makes me think they may be British. Perhaps an inline 6 Austin Healy or Alpine? :-k
 
If they were british they would most likely have a four bolt flange for a big SU. Corvair is also a possibility. Definitely looks like a horizontal mount not verticle like a straight dix would have.

Didn't mean to upset people. The ebay seller said he thought it was for a slant six, but didn't know, so I thought I would throw it out there. There is a similar (and nicer) after-market 2-piece intake for the slant anyway.

I thought it was interesting to pick our brains and figure out what this might fit. There was no "pissin contest goin on"
