Just picked up a set of slide-a-links and was wondering what springs people are running with these. ss springs or mono springs?

i run stock springs on my dart. it is pulling 1.41 60's and 6.59 1/8 and 10.48 1/4s. with slide-a-links. really all you or I really need is probably just a set of ss springs and an adjustable snubber. but the slide a links look pretty cool under the car as well.
i was told not to run ss springs with slide a links. mono would be the way to go. that is what to run with caltracs and both are very similar. i am going to go mono leaf one of these days..

Can you run the slide-a-link with the mono spring? The caltracs are a solid bar were the slide-a-link can be loosened and unload the front half of the spring as the bar would then slide till it hit the bushing?
