On our small blocks when we use 1 7/8 Hedmen headers it’s called a header tube modifier. Under the car it becomes a transmission mount installation tool.
 
This one was a "motor mount through bolt installer". I don't know about Mopar, but Ford would give it a special name and a $150 price tag.
