Small block exhaust manifolds

I have looked up the casting numbers for 73 340 and 318's use the same manifolds. Is this correct? I am trying to purchase a set for my 73 Duster 340. Here is the info on them.
One set of used factory original Mopar Dodge Plymouth small block V-8 exhaust manifolds in usable condition. This came off of a 1973 or 1974 Dodge Dart with a 318. These should fit other years of Mopar a-body including Duster, Demon, Scamp, and Valiant from 1967 to 1976. They are not cracked or broken. They do have surface rust. The casting numbers are 3614395 (left) and 3418623 (right).

I think the left no. (3614395) is for 73 - 74 318 only. I checked my part no reference and it shows that 340 cast no is 3614368 for LH manifold for 73 340 or 74 360. and right side cast no. 3418623.
