Small Block Tunnel Ram Top??

Looking at smallblock tunnel rams and notice Weiand has 2 tops available, a 1995 and a 1917. I have not been able to find info on the 1917 so what is the difference between the 2 tops. Basically what is the use of each??

1995 is the part number for the manifold setup, ie top and bottom. 1917 is just the top. 5995 is just the bottom. There are not different tops available for the SBM Weiand that I’m aware of.
