In this last weekend I put on my 65 gt the electronic module and distribuitor.Here in Peru I get a black box with gold rims---thinks are the same carachteristics as the light blue one...a friend of mine offer to me a a Edelbrock intake manifold sp2p318 and a 4 bbl carter carburator.Do you think this manifold is appropiate for my 273 engine?(actually 273-2bbl stock)A 274 camshaft will be good enough for street application'

Holla! That manifold and cam combo sounds like it would work well on your 273. The factory AFB for that engine was probably smaller than what your friend is offering though. You want to keep your carb size closely matched to the engine, on the smaller engines especially so for driveability concerns.
